Acceptable Use Policy

Which photos you may upload to Window Peeper AI, what content is prohibited, how we moderate and how to report misuse.

Photos you may upload

  • One adult in the photo — you, or someone who agreed to it.
  • Face clearly visible, roughly facing the camera; head and upper body in frame.

Before every upload you confirm that the photo shows you, or that the person in it has agreed to it, that they are 18 or older, that they are not a public figure and that the photo was not taken without their knowledge.

Photos you may not upload

  • Anyone under 18.
  • Celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
  • Someone else's photo without their consent.
  • A photo of someone taken without their knowledge — a neighbour, a stranger, anyone photographed through a window or in a private space.
  • Sunglasses, masks or hands hiding the face, and group photos.

Prohibited content

You may not upload photos for, or use the service to create, any of the following:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content. Nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
  2. Violence and gore. Graphic violence, injury, gore, or content that threatens or glorifies harm to people or animals, including self-harm.
  3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
  4. Child safety violations. Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We remove it, ban the account and report it to the relevant authorities where the law requires.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Content that passes off one real person as another, puts real people into intimate or sexual scenes, shows a real person saying or doing something to deceive or defame, or impersonates anyone. The service has no face-swap feature, and consent from the person shown does not make this content allowed.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Photos you don't have the rights to use, and videos that use other people's copyrighted work, logos or trademarks in a way that suggests ownership or endorsement.

Things you may not do

  • Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, embarrass or impersonate a real person, or suggest that a real person is being watched or followed.
  • Present a generated video as real footage, including real surveillance, security-camera or hidden-camera footage, or use it to deceive or defraud. When a platform asks, turn on its AI-generated label.
  • Use the videos for political campaigning or advertising without the depicted person's written consent.
  • Try to get around the safety checks or abuse refunds.

How we moderate

  • Automated checks. The video model's safety checker screens every uploaded photo and every generated video before you see it. Flagged generations are blocked, never delivered, and their credits are refunded automatically.
  • Human review. We review every report and any account with repeated blocked generations, and we keep a record of blocked generations and enforcement decisions.

Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may block the generation, delete the content, remove unused credits without refund, and suspend or permanently ban the account.

Reporting misuse

If you see a video made with Window Peeper AI that breaks this policy, or a video of you made without your consent, email support@aiwindowpeeper.com with a link or a description (see our Takedown page). A person reviews every report, usually within 2 business days, and we tell you what we did.

Appeals

If you think a generation was blocked or an account was suspended by mistake, email support@aiwindowpeeper.com from your account's email address. A person will review the decision and reply.

Tips for good results

These are not rules, but they help: use good, even light, keep your head and upper body in frame, and avoid heavy filters and blurry selfies. Your face is small while the camera is still outside the building, then sharpens as the window fills the frame.
