Privacy Policy
What Window Peeper AI collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture.
- Photos you upload: the photo used to make your video, resized in your browser before upload.
- Generated videos: the videos created from your photos.
- Purchase records: what you bought and your credit balance. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Basic analytics: pages visited and product events (for example "video started"), used to improve the site.
How we use your photo
Your photo is used only to generate the video you asked for. It is sent to our video model provider, fal.ai, which runs the AI model that creates the video. We do not use your photos to train AI models, we do not run face recognition on them and we never sell them.
How long we keep things
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Finished videos are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and deleted with it. Waffo, as merchant of record, keeps its own transaction and tax records under its own privacy policy.

Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and file storage.
- fal.ai runs Alibaba's Wan 3.0 video model, which generates the videos from your photo.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).
- Waffo, our payment provider (merchant of record), processes payments and taxes.
- Our email provider sends sign-in and "your video is ready" emails.
Your rights
You can download your videos, delete your account from your settings, or ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@aiwindowpeeper.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of people under 18 are not allowed.
