The rules for using Window Peeper AI to turn a photo into an AI-generated window peeper video.
Who we are
Window Peeper AI ("we", "us") is an independent project. It lets you upload one photo and receive an AI-generated, 14-second vertical video of the window peeper trend with the person from the photo in the window. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
No affiliation
Window Peeper AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance or any creator of the original window peeper video. Names are used only to describe the trend the videos reference. No original trend footage or trend audio is included in the videos we deliver.
AI-generated, staged comedy
Every video is generated by Alibaba's Wan 3.0 video model, run by our provider fal.ai. The scene is staged for comedy: nobody is filmed through a real window. Results vary and may contain visual errors. Videos are synthetic and must not be presented as real surveillance, security-camera or hidden-camera footage. When you post a video on a platform that asks, label it as AI-generated.
Your photos and your promises
When you upload a photo you confirm that:
- the photo shows you, or an adult who has agreed to be in the video;
- the person in the photo is 18 or older;
- the person is not a celebrity, politician or other public figure;
- the photo was not taken without the person's knowledge — for example of a neighbour, a stranger or anyone through a window;
- you have the right to upload the photo and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the service to harass, stalk, intimidate, impersonate or deceive anyone, to suggest that a real person is being watched or followed, or to create sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise unlawful content. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Our right to refuse
We may refuse, stop or delete any generation, and suspend accounts, when we believe a photo or use breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Generations blocked by the model's safety checker are refunded automatically.
Credits and payment
Videos are paid with credits. Standard 480p uses 1 credit and HD 720p uses 2 credits. Credits are bought as one-time packs:
- Single: 1 credit for $9.99
- Trio: 3 credits for $24.99
- Pack: 8 credits for $39.99
- Pack upgrade: 7 credits for $30.00, offered for 7 days only to buyers who already bought a Single
Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Every purchase is a single one-time payment: there is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Credits never expire. Current prices are always shown on our Pricing page before checkout. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo, which also handles sales tax. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your videos
You may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. Finished videos are stored for 30 days; download the ones you want to keep.
Takedown requests
If your photo was used without your consent, follow the steps on our Takedown page.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
