Refund Policy
Automatic credit refunds for failed videos and refunds for unused credits.
Failed videos
If a video fails or is blocked by the safety checker, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You can try again with the same photo or a different one.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. For a pack where some credits were used, we refund the unused part.
To request a refund, email support@aiwindowpeeper.com from the address you bought with, or use the payment provider's purchase portal linked from your Billing page.
Used credits
Credits that were used to make a video that was delivered successfully are not refundable.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first — we answer quickly. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
