How to ask Window Peeper AI to delete a photo of you, or a video made from it, that was uploaded without your consent.
If your photo was used without your consent
Window Peeper AI only allows photos of the uploader, or of an adult who agreed to be in the video, and never photos taken without someone's knowledge. If someone broke that rule with your photo, we will delete it.
How to send a request
Email support@aiwindowpeeper.com with:
- a link to the video, a screenshot of it, or a description of where you saw it;
- a way for us to recognise you in it (for example a photo of you — we delete it after handling the request);
- whether you are the person in the photo or acting for them (for example a parent or legal representative).
What we do
- A person reads every request, usually within 2 business days.
- We delete the uploaded photo and every video made from it that we still store.
- We suspend or ban the account that uploaded it when the upload broke our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We reply to tell you what we did.
Videos posted on other sites
We can only delete what we store. If a video was posted on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or another platform, report it to that platform as well — most have a privacy or impersonation report form. Our confirmation email that the source photo was removed may help your report.
Children
If the photo shows someone under 18, say so in the subject line. These requests are handled first.
